- High education
- 5+ Years Working experience in Call Centers, Collection Agencies,
- At least 4 years team management experience,
- Experience in call center/collection with Dialer Exposure a must
- Experience in setting up operations from 0
- Excellent analytical and planning skills
- Knowledge of English
- Preferable candidates with work experience in financial industry
• Manage end-to-end lending process: Ex. collect customer data, verification, credit check, underwrite loan request,
loan issuance, and collection.
• Provide leadership to the day-to-day operations of the operations team, including call center, verification,
• Hire, set up and manage the operations team as well as conducting monthly performance analysis of each Collector,
• Developing, implementation and control: processes, related policies and procedures for the sales, service and
verification and collection strategies to maximize sales and minimize risks.
• Execution and control of fulfilment all key performance indicators (KPIs) of Collectors, Loan originators and
• Monitoring of system performance (loan management, collection, Dialer etc)
• Initiating and control of changes in Software used by team.
• Management external partners: Collection Agencies etc
